Book Information

There are a couple of ways to book your balloon ride with Butterfly Balloons. You can either
fill the book form below or 
send an email to fly@butterflyballoons.com or 
send a fax to +90 384 271 3009.

Once we receive your request, we will send you our confirmation link and ask for your credit card details through our 128 Bit SSL Secure Servers. We will NOT charge anything to your credit card prior to the flight but keep the card information for our cancellation policy. You can pay your flight fee at our office, on the flight day either by credit card or in cash.

What is the price?

Ask for the special rates. You can pay cash in Euro, Turkish Lira, USD, AUD, CAD, JPY and GBP. We will use the official exchange rates of Central Bank of Republic of Turkey on the flight date. We have to use Turkish Lira as currency on credit card charges and we accept all Visa,Mastercard and American Express cards.

Our cancellation policy
If you decide to cancel your flight, you can do so without any cancellation fee up to 48 hours prior to the flight date. However, all cancellations made in less than 2 days of the flight day will incur a 100% penalty charge on your credit card. Should Butterfly make a cancellation due to undesirable weather conditions, you will not pay anything and all pre-payments will receive a full refund.

Children between 6 and 12 years old can fly with their parents and and they pay the standart rate. Unfortunately we can't accept younger children as they can get a bit bored and uncomfortable due to having to stand for an hour in the same place.

Our Gift Vouchers can be purchased by simply completing the form on the left or calling our office at +90-384-271-3010. Please state that you want to book the flight as gift in the notes section of the form. Once it is confirmed, we will send you the voucher by email. The gift certificates will be valid for any day for one year from the date of issue. However, to ensure a flight booking on the desired date we should be contacted at least a couple of weeks in advance.

If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, you will be able to keep trying alternative dates. Balloon Gift CertificateThe gift certificates are non-refundable and have the same prices and discounts as our regular flights.
